Safety Program

  • Provide and maintain a safe work environment for employees.
  • Perform safety inspections on every jobsite to identify and correct unsafe work practices and conditions in order to comply with standard safety and health regulations.
  • Train employees in safety and health practices, and illness and injury prevention.
  • Immediately investigate every jobsite accident thoroughly to identify the cause and put procedures and safety tools in place to ensure it does not happen again.
  • Review and development of physical safeguards to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Promote safety awareness and accident prevention.

 

Employer and Employee Safety Compliance

As the employer, Trinity, together with its employees, assumes responsibility for safety and health. We recognize our responsibility in leading the safety program, paying particular attention to its effectiveness, providing safe working conditions on our sites and ensuring improvements are put in place wherever these may be appropriate.

As employees, their responsibilities include cooperation in all aspects of our safety program and this includes following all company policies and regulations regarding safety and consistently performing your duties in a safe and prudent manner.

Employee Orientation and Information

  • Orientation and safety meetings provided to inform employees of company safety and health policies.
  • Training programs covering health and safety practices in the work place provided.
  • Weekly safety meetings mandatory for all supervisors and Employees.
  • Programs in place to promote injury and illness prevention.
  • Open channels of communication between employees and Supervisors regarding any safety issues of concern with Spanish Translation available.
  • Work areas clearly posted with up-to-date safety information.
